LED panel malfunction

I live in Europe and have just received this led panel:

For some reason it keeps shutting of after about 30 min.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

iv heard of problems occuring with the panels , though not any reasoning behind it.
got a couple l.e.ds myself , straight bulb type tho , worked weeks non stop with not a worry . .

what kind of lumens does that put out
i would have spent my 50 bucks on cfls are one of these babys

I'm suspecting they have attached a 220v plug to a 120v panel.

But that would be a stupidity overload.
