led veg lights

hey i was just looking into getting some led's for the veg cycle of my plants(yes i know they make plants bud like shit) and i was wondering what you guys think is the best led setup for a grow room that is 5',5',3.5' with about 10 to 14 plants?

Ive seen some beast plants under 2 90watt UFO's. Im actually thinking about going LED when I get the resources.

I heard that LED have great spectrum but weak output.
This they are early in this technology they are used more as suplimentry light. Are you using any any other HPS/MD light with it, or just LED's?

well i was thinking just led for veg but after reading more i might just go with a metal halide instead, i dont got the money for as many leds as i would need for 10 to 12 good size plants. do you think a 400w metal halide would veg them alright?
