Led with supplemental hps drop light???

Hi guys new member here. Was curious if anybody else has used leds with a supplemental hps drop light? I currently have 4 black dog phytomax2 800 leds and I wanted to possibly try a 600w hps drop light in between the 4 black dogs. Wanted to see if anybody else has done this and looking for pointers and how it worked for you

Give it a shot. I sometimes mix small LED with T8s in early veg. 1000 watt HPS when the veg plants get a little bigger.
