Led's to replace 4 1k hps

Looking for LED suggestions and if it worth switching. How much power savings to get the same results? I've looked around and see tent grows but is it really worth it at harvest for full bedroom grows?
I'm growing in a room that is 11ft X 12ft using 4 lights. 600w for veg and 1000w for flower. 3 plants per light in an ebb and flow system.
I moved from California to Oklahoma where electric is half the price. My hoods, ballasts, bulbs, light controller were all free so at this point I'm happy with the power bill and start up costs but if I can get the same results and save $ maybe I should switch.

Thank you, that was helpful. Power is only 8.03c kw/h here, I was paying 19.9c before, and I will only be growing in the winter so I don't have to battle heat just air cool the hoods. Now I have to calculate cost of power and bulbs to see how long it would take before I am saving $.

All those plants would fit fine under one light for now until they get a little bigger.

I'm very lazy and would rather only setup the buckets once and run all 4 lights. If I can save power and get an equivalent harvest running leds I would be interested in switching but would still run 3 plants per light the whole grow.
