left lights on for to long during flowering

i accidently left a lamp on in the room for an extra 7 hours after the hps lights when out about two three weeks left till done is this a major proball ideas needed to assume what to do

That's an awful lot of light it may slow things down a little, Since you are so close anyway you might want to try 13 or 14 off for a few days just to make sure the plant knows it's winter...

Leave your lights off for 24 hours and then go right back to your normal schedule. That way there will be no doubt that it is still "fall" in your plant's minds.
