Left My Tincture In My Grow Room?! Will It Hurt?

I forgot my tincture mix in my grow room somewhere in the neighborhood of 6-8 hours with the light on. Will this jepordise my mix? It still looks the same bit seems to have created a vacuum in the jar, is this normal?

You should be OK if it's alchole based. Oil based depends on the temprature, but you should be fine even if it is oil as oil sits out all the time. It's the light that would do the most damage and 6 to 8 hours is not going to do it.
