I am a mmj patient in CA and I want to trade meds with another legal mmj patient. Has anyone seen any kind of legal forms we can both sign stating the authenticity of our recommendations and some kind of disclaimer about not being affiliated with law enforcement or something of the sort?

being legal for 9 months, im pretty sure no documentation is necessary, just call and verify your friend if you feel it necessary.

being legal means you are permissible to have and donate med's with anybody in cali who is also permissible to do so.


but i mean if your making money in drastic amounts you will still go to jail.

Thanks for the reply. Its not about money, its just that some of these verification sites look a little sketchy.

everything about mmj in southern california has a underlying sketchiness IMO
