the Koon srikes again! How did this gangster ever get a permit in the first place? I mean its not like everyone out here doesn't know his history of screwing this area and that he will most likely skate on this as well.
This is Dalejeet Kooner, long time Kootenay import East Indian scumbag. He had The RCMP convinced he had a 30,000 plant R&D license for at least six years now. Don't know how they finally figured it out. He has been ripping off forestry, agriculture and smuggling coke for years. Easy bet, he will walk, never gets charged ever.
