If one has a non drug related felony, and is on probation without mandated drug testing, can a Michigan Medical Marijuana card be obtained? For personal use only.

I beleive so as long as it wasnt a violent felony..

Felony or not the state can't go above doctors order. But I believe something in the paperwork you signed to be released on parol/probation states you won't take part in any illegal activity local-state-or federal so it's your choice in that respect.

That’s what I thought too

I have a neighbor that has a past felony conviction in trafficking and she has her medical card as her own caregiver. I kinda remember something about not being able to be a caregiver to others but I'm referring to something I seen years ago so..... I'm no lawyer lol
