Legal to grow on hill near house? Good Idea?!

I have a medical marijuana card, but i can't grow at my house for a few reasons. Anyways i was wondering if i can grow a few plants on a hill near my house where i go fishing atleast 3x a week on the lake. There are plenty of places i can grow there, and the only people that hike into the lake are fisherman, and there will maybe be 1 person per day walking near by, not even.

Im just wondering the legality of this? If it is illegal, will they go easier on me if i have a mm card?

Thought this was a good idea, because i have a reason to go out there a few times a week to go fishing. Good thing to tell the parents too.

Man im stoked, how come i didnt think of this before. BTW i live in nor-cal---so i pan on having some nice plants. My uni gets out in may so ill be back home in perfect time!

is it private property? if it's your property you are good but if it is public I'm sure they will frown on it!

yeah its definately illegal. I dont suppose they would goeasy on you because you have a license in fact i would assume the opposite. Cant you sign over your caregiver rights to a greower who can supply you? Thats how it is here in colo

why can't you grow at home ?aren't you 18 or over ?

yes im over 18..but when i come back home for about 2months..i stay with my parents or stay at my house in nevada. I like to go back home over the summer to visit, and save some money.

How do i sign over my rights to grow at someones house? what?! tell me more.

yes, cali---my parents are not cool with marijauna, sucks.

well i would veg some plants at my house here, then transplant them when i head home, and by the time i leave they would be done flowering. right now im doing an indoor purple urkle grow that should be done in 2mnths

i'm having a hard time understanding this you live out of state yet posses a cali. MMJ card because of some chronic pain or cancer related problem and your parents aren't cool with it ????my parents would have it ready for harvest by the time i got home

sorry..im from cali..went to school in NV..

i havnt told them about the card, and will prob never tell them. I have the card for a little back pain..but i am no doubt a stoner.

now i got it....like was said before stay away from pulic land and look into finding a provider that can use your card
