Legalize Medical Marijuana in Arkansas?

KARK confirmed a ballot proposal seeking to legalize the medical use of marijuana has been turned in to Attorney General Dustin McDaniel Wednesday morning.

John Wesley Hall, a Little Rock criminal defense attorney, is the man who turned the proposal in to McDaniel who has 10 days to approve or reject it.

I would suggest anyone interested in supporting this contact the AG's office first thing on Monday or Tues. Also, appropriate and intelligent voicemail left over the weekend would be good too...that way it stays on their radar during the holiday week.

Well, it's on now!! They start gathering signatures this week, need 123000 by july 2012 to make sure we have the 60000 we need, actually I think it's like 62600 or something like that. Anyway, Arkansas is moving, got the okay to gather signatures!!!! Go Hogs SOOIIEEEEE!!!!!!!
