My friend was telling me about a grow license for up to 400 plants. Something to do with arranging the grow with a club, but not having to sell the bud to the club? Just looking for as much info on this as possible.

Im not a vendor so I dont know how you go about becoming legit, however I do know the information is on CA NORML's website....so go read about it
