What kind of dirt was that? It sound like it pre-nutrientized dirt and when you watered that kind of dirt they release all their nutes! If it is nutrientized dirt you should find something else!

yeah i bought it from walmart thinking it would be fine.. it had little balls in the soil i think was sometype of nitrogen like mirecle grow. but do you think i watered it to much to break all the nitrogen out? should i get some better soil from my neighbor? and transfere the plant carefully?

I agree ,they are not happy in that mix.

what can i do? do i change the soil with the plant looking as it is??
Do not give any more water, between the massive over watering (If your soil looks drenched you have a problem) and the time released balls have probably got your nutrient level too high and your pH is probably off the chart too.

First, run out to (Insert big box name brand store here) and get some simple potting soil with no extras, transplant your seedlingout of that soil into some fresh new soil, after a day water and then do not water again until the soil is dry at least midway down the pot, after this you could use a mild nutrient mixture with future feedings.

Once transplanted you will want to wait until visible signs of healing before you start any scheduled nutrient program, and you will be glad to know that Lemon Skunk can usually take loads of nutrients.

Some more info on your grow would also help, pictures would double or triple the responses you receive, subbed as I love the Lemon Skunk strain and want to see how they recover.

shit i just gave it alittle water before i read this... i got it under my cfl lights with a fan hitting the plant.. i changed the soil to a regular potting mix. and like i said im dumb now that i read your post, and i added alittle more water. but yet i got it under the light and a fan..

i need help this is my first grow and ive already killed two plants in two weeks:wall:. either i need some specks on whats the best soil. do i make my own soil and how. and other what tools do i need to check the ph. in the soil and in the water...? whats the cheapest tools i need. and how to make the best soil. i ordered a lowryder grow box for 250$ and it came with a hydroponics system. but i cant figure it out. and some reviews on the hydoponics system. say its hard to grow with it.. im sticking with the soil.. but i need some help on what kinda soil to use and some tools to test the ph. i should be ordering some autoflowering seeds from short stuff. in about a week or so..

i wanna know who has the best autoflowering seeds. and a site that is highly trusted! and how hott should it get in my grow box?? sometimes i open it and it feels to be pretty hott inside..

I cannot be of any assistance when it comes to soil, my only soil experience is from back home where the weed grow itself in whatever medium it can find.

There are plenty of good treads here at RIU on choosing soils do some searching, I would just grab some simple potting soil from (insert big box superstore here) and start with that.

You will need nutrients and a prescribed feeding program, this will vary depending on your budget.

Since you watered again I would just leave it alone for now and see what happens, Lemon Skunk is a very hardy plant and responds well to a little time to figure out itself. Let it chill for the next two day under lights (probably want to have at least 4 - 6 hours of darkness to help heal it) then check the soil moisture and report back.

Sounds like you need to do a lot more research...
I agree, before buying beans; especially auto-flower do some more research as you need to find the right combination of knowledge and hands on practise to be successful.

Do you have any equipment to test pH?, humidity?, temperature? Starting a grow without the basics will get you nowhere, and really fast!

I am not sure of the tools available for 'soil growers' but you will need a way to measure soil & water pH, a simple thermometer and pH pen will suffice but you will need to graduate to a pH/EC/Temp pen or meter device if your in it for the long haul.

I rest my case.
Try some peat+perlite+verm. Give u some nutes plus airation.
