lemon trainwreck harvest

so today i decided to pick the lower half . what i got was mostly leafy but hard solid smaller buds i weighed it up came to 20. something g's wet .

I know 5g's dry sounds pretty poor and i prolly harvested too early but i figured i should atleast get some of it before some rippers do. i figured why give anyone the chance.

when i went i noticed the lower leaves where yellow as like before still when i went out there a few days ago i was like wtf why are they turning so yellow so early and they were still looking pretty yellow so i was like wtf so it hit me that 2 days before a day after i watered it it rained heavy and prolly flushed out all of my nutes before they could get to the plant.

So anyways i cut the lower branches off and figured id leave the upper half for a few more weeks . i bageed what i cut down and left on the way out i said you know what fuck it im gonna go back in there and give it somemore fert water because its looking like its not supposed to rain for 3 or 4 days this time so the plant should have time to take in some of the nutes . Im hoping that the left buds really fatten up and crystalise way more.


Seem like from what i read alot of sativa strains and indoor listed strains seem to do poor outside . alot of ppl seem to only hit that magic number of 10g's dry when trying to do the wrong strains outside .

i dont get how these seed companies say 700g outdoor 300g indoors when i rarley see anyone get that ill be lucky if this think pills off another 40g wet so i guess 15g's dry total plant i mean it just doesnt seem worth it. no matter the strain it seems like i only pull out a qaurter oz dry everytime i just dont get it.

I dont see how you hear about these 1lb plants indoors and 5lb outdoors i dont see how seems to me like you need 16 plants just to get 4 ounces i mean it just doesnt sound right i use fox farms ocean forest everytime and alil molasses water bone meal . this year im using big bloom and yet i still somehow think i wont get much more then i usaully get

I know what you mean about the 400/m2 they claim and yadda yadda. So yours was an outdoor grow? Did you have plenty of light and great conditions? How close are you to the equator?

im in the northeast in like the 44th paralle and ya im pretty sure light is getting to it pretty much all dayi have sorta a public field thats pretty much overgrown with tall grass and pointy poking plants that stick into you when you try and walk threw em then some tall flower like things that bees sometimes land on some spots are flatter and have just some tall grass. at first i put her in the ground around the end of may after a month indoors used all the soil i had then came back a couple weeks later notcied some of the leaves looked eating a couple holes an was turning to the right.

Thats when i noticed one side of the hole was exposed more then the other so i came back a few days later and add some more soil into the hole to top it off i came back 2 weeks later and she was standing right up straight alot taller so from then on out i kinda just came by once a week sometimes only every 2 weeks because its a guerilla grow trying not to give it up but the damn slugs they have been a problem from the start ive had to treat the plant and watch em closely so it kinda sucks they just kept coming and feeding and it kept raining so much so that i never had to go water i just came a few times to fert water it now shes starting to yellow on lower half which i mostly took off and now the slug problem is not as bad but it will rain some more only thing is now a slug will have to climb all the way up the stalk just to get something to eat.

so idk i guess im just waiting for the other half to fatten upso far it looks like i got 20 g's wet which seems more like 5g dried if i had waited 2 more weeks i might have gotten and extra gram or 2 who knows . its of a citrusy lemon like pine almost grapefruit like.

i dont really know whats next i was gonna wait like 2-3 more weeks and see how fat she gets then maybe i could get 10g's dry off the restbut doubtfull.

not perfect conditions really but im thinking i might need to add some gauno to the nute water i got because i got the higher phos kind maybe that will help step up the yeild. if i somehow magicly got got an oz dry off the rest id be highly impressed but so far nothing has yeilded me great

I have yet to get an oz dry off anything ya im learning . I figured out the the big bloom doesn't have enough p in it for certain strains so im gonna add some guano to the mixture next time depend on what I do

Just keep practicing done focus on nutes to much yet try and get the oh down and keep them watered
also ocean forest is nice but roots organic has aloof good stuff already in you could use that and just a little
moloasis and you could get some nice organic yields that will be some kill you also need to let it mature all the
way another big problem I had when I first started, I still got that problem hah patience is KEY.
