Let me show you something

So i used to grow a few yrs ago but had some ahem
run ins and have since stopped, its been about 4 yrs since the last time ive grown so im sure alot has changed.
1 of those changes being, it will be legal too grow for (medical users) in my state soon So this post welcomes all comments suggestions or hell just saying hi even lol idk.

So i have a 96x48x72 vivosun roof cube tent
With 2 mars hydro tsw2000 that i plan on using for veg
Im not sure on how good any of these lights are but its what i have and will be using. well at midnight jan1 anyway
Also i have a vivosun 48x48x80 that i wanted to flower in, im using a mars hydro ts 3000 for that tent.
Im not sure whether too grow using hydro
soil or maybe coco/soil mix
i really want that soilgrown taste. Has anyone heard of hydrosoil grow?? If so im really interested in that.

But i do have some fox farms ocean forest.

Im also interested in starting my own idk compost i guess. Not really sure what i would compost or how to even start or even know anything about it but Someone gave me 1 of the miracle grow compost tumblers, i havent openend it yet but maybe 1 of you have 1???
And could maybe let me know what the hell im supposed to do with it ive heard about super soils or live soils but idk much about how to do it lol but i assume theres probably an area on here somewhere that when i have some time i can research.
These tents will be in my basement
Ive been monitoring the temps down there since this past april
And its stayed around 60-65 all year even during summer.
With 32 percent rh in my basment right now and some times over 90% this summer without tents lights or anything i assume for the rest of this winter im gonna need that humidity up so im thinking a humidifier for the bigger tent not sure on the size but idk maybe a 1 gallon small room one would do the trick???
And also a dehumidifier for the summer months.
But because of the situation im in as far as space for now its forcing me to have too veg alot longer which im happy to do but how long am i able too veg???
Again Im looking at like maybe 6 months of veg minimum.
I also plan on mainline growing which ive had good results with before.
Well thats all i can think of for now but I'll be back with plenty of questions
Please give me some suggestions comments ideas reccommendations anuthing as i still have a few months to make changes
but the tents and lights are set in stone its what i can afford right now, also im only looking to flower no more than 5 plants at a time
I'll be starting from seed with la confidential regular seeds hoping to find atleast 1 male being as i want to use the la confidential for making seeds in the future.

Thattime,
Welcome to RIU!
I too will not be starting my grow until Jan, and will have a 5 plant max. I can assume that we are in the Midwest and in the same state.
I have never grown before, and have spent several months lurking on here, and a couple of more months asking questions.
I really don't have any specific answers for you, but I would say that your search button is your best friend. If you can word your search correctly, there is an excellent chance that the answer you're looking for is in here somewhere. I've also noticed that the 'old hands' on here will be much more likely to help you out with specific answers if they know you have put the work in yourself.
Also, I was new to online forums, and while reading for hours and hours, I would notice that many threads can get somewhat derailed by petty squabbling and pissing matches. I try to just ignore all that BS and sift through to find the info I'm looking for. As with a face to face interaction, respect and politeness seem to go a long way. Just my opinion of coarse.
I would ask why you will be veg'ing for 6 months? That seems like a really long time, I would think that your plant will be huge when you get it to flower. (I just didn't understand your reasoning.)
Good luck with your research, and your grows next year.
Cheers,
WillieP

I notice that your post is in the grow journal section, without pics of plants growing, you may not get much action on it here. You may consider a different area. (not being a dick, just trying to help)
