It's me, back again :)
Summer is nice, get a ton of sun out back so figured why not.

This Gelato seems to be taking off. I topped her a bunch of times, and now LST as well.

The stalks are nice and thick looking considering she went outside the last week of May.
I really only planned on giving her water and sun. I did build the homemade box around her too (with my teenagers help), quite proud of that!!

Nice little job there.

Mind if I ask what you're trying to protect against with the mesh net? Cats and dogs? I don't mean to criticize; I'm just used to living in areas where I need eight foot fencing to keep out deer and moose and the like.

Thanks!
Yeah lots of cats, raccoons around etc, I'm in the suburbs.
Cats pissing on the leaves etc, I came out a week or so ago and one was biting at the leaves so I figured to box it up.

Can hold 1 20G pot or 4 x 5g with ease. Cost me about 75$ Canadian for the wood, hour or so and two beers later voila!

I love it when a project gets completed successfully where beer is involved ;)

I am jealous...

Can not grow outside here in southeast Colorado, as hemp is grown around here, a lot of hemp, and it would cross breed and cause seeds.

I am growing in a small tent in the spare bedroom.

I just started this year, being legal in Canada.
The seeds I have are mostly free from friends, bag seed, etc.
I have a few I know the strain or bought.
I wanted to get a good feel for what I can do, figuring out issues, learning techniques etc.
Outside is hard and way different than indoor. Bugs, spots on leaves, chewing through them, weather repeatedly changes etc.
I'm still learning but I love my smoke and growing my own feels so good.
I'm days away from trying my first grow (indoor Jack Herer) but seeing how thick the stalks are after topping her already... The sun is one wicked element you cannot duplicate
It's
I love
