Liberal Media Desperately Trying To Cover-up Violent Knockout Game

On Tuesday, USA Today ran a story which suggested that the violent so-called 'knockout game,' in which black teens sucker-punch unsuspecting white victims, is actually nothing more than an 'urban myth.'

Reporter Melanie Eversley cites a recent piece on the hyper-liberal website, Slate.com which, despite a mounting list of white victims, dismisses the fact that this vile 'game' is "spreading" or even that it is "racially motivated."


Also, on Tuesday, The Huffington Post ran a story entitled "Don't Believe All the Hype About the 'Knockout Game.'"
However, not all of those in the mainstream media are trying to cover-up the violent phenomena also known as 'Polar Bear Hunting' (so named because all of the victims are white)...

Could you imagine the mainstream media hysteria if white youths were doing this to blacks?

In my father's day (the 60's) they used to play something called "The Nigger Game" wherein they would drive through the city with a group riding in the back of a pickup holding a broom handle. The object of the game was to drive past Blacks and touch them with the broomstick. The trick was if you dropped the stick, you had to get out of the truck and get it alone. Quid pro quo I guess.

Though my honest question, have you ever or anyone you know had this happen to them? Even an acquaintance or friend of a friend that heard? Or is everything you know about this based off the internet?

I actually remember that when it hit the news. East Cambridge/Charlestown are a lot better now. In fact, Charlestown is quite expensive.

what we are seeing today is simple primitive dominance behaviour.

it is, as i said before, NOT NEW, it is the product of too much testosterone in adolescent males, however the glorification of violence, particularly in the black community has resulted in an explosion of youth violence periodically for decades.

much like the earlier referenced "Wilding", the lootiong/rioting occurrences, and examples of random attacks by gangs of urban youths since the 70's this is a momentary uptick, exaggerated by the media because it has "a hook" and a name that can be used to sell papers, get views on websites and keep people tuned to the tv station.

the fact that the perps are often black is not surprising, nor the fact that the victims are usually white.

if the rqacial roles were reversed, we would have the national guard on the streets, and a national state of emergency.

I actually agree with you, except for the first part. There was no Indian honor in counting coup as you say. Everyone in that truck knew full well if their friend was in trouble, somebody (Black guy)was getting stomped.

And I'll ask again. Has anyone here actually had this happen or even heard about this happening to someone they know or is all knowledge of "the knockout game" aka "polar bear hunting" all second hand of the internet?
