life of premium activated charcoal pellets in custom made carbon scrubber

does anyone know how long premium activated charcoal pellets are good for in a carbon scrubber that runs 24/7? I built my own monster sized carbon scrubber and use almost 200oz of premium activated charcoal (washed and removed all powder before using). I did some searching and came up with nothing. so I figured you RIU growers could shed some light on the subject.

the premium activated charcoal is the pellet sized type and used for fish aquarium filtration.

thanks

When it starts to fail wash some and bake on a baking sheet at {I used 275% }until dry. Adding perlite helps it work, repeat until all pellets are dry Dennis

24/7 all year I'd be tempted to change 3-4 times per year ...this all depends on the volume or thruput!, the deal hear really is the damp, high humid areas clog the carbon up quicker than anything I know off, you may and reuse the carbon by roasting in an oven for an hour or 2, at medium temp.

well it costs me 49.00 shipped for 200oz of charcoal. I "rebuilt"my scrubber the other day and just tossed the old stuff out. I wasn't sure if it could be reactivated or not. my flower room stays a constant 73* lights on and 70* lights off an 40-45% rh (year round, around the clock).

thanks guys for the heads up
