light bleaching but not on top?

Is it possible to get light bleaching and heat stress on the 2nd highest set of leaves but not the top set? I'm wondering if the reflector + Mylar is creating a hot spot / intense light spot below the top of my canopy. Idk how else to explain it but it def looks like light bleaching..just not on top lol? Moved the light up and things improved in the last 14 hours...Really odd

Generally, bleaching only happens when it's nice and cool in the grow area and particularly in those few inches immediately below the reflector, otherwise it would just fry before it could bleach. No matter what, you're never venting 100% of the heat output from your bulb, especially on the 400+ watt bulbs, so it really takes some cold temps to offset the close proximity your plant tops are(or would need to be) to the hood to cause it. Not worth an argument, but I doubt that's the issue. Probably need a photo to assess it truly.

You are prob right because I don't think leaves recover from bleaching n they turned back to green surprisingly. N it's Def not cold by the bulbs...bare bulbing with no cool tube on a 600w
