Light burn or defficiency ?

You should see some "taco"ing of the leaves or drooping in a stiff curve downward, basically they will try to avoid the light if the lights are too powerful/close, plus there's the potential "burning" of the leaves.
These don't look like they're doing either of the first things I mentioned so I would guess some sort of nute burn going on here.
