Light burn/stress?

Don't roast me for the noob question please , I'm using 1000W HPS Gavitas in a new room for the first time in 4-5 years, so it's been a while and I never had this problem before when running HPS.

I can't figure out of it's the beginning of light burn or a deficiency. It's not necessarily the top leaves either, some are in the middle and some are close. Not many so far.

Lights are 24-30 inches away from canopy, end of week 2 and temps are about 82-83 with 1350ppm CO2. Highest leaf temp has been 85 according to my thermal camera. I'm feeding 750ppm Athena drain to waste. Ppfd is about 1200 at the top of canopy.

Then it's certainly not light burn

If so, the effects would be most evident on the leaves nearest the light source
