Hey friends I'm 40 days into flower on tangerine dream which is a 70 day ish finisher. I have x2 450 cheap led. And x2 600 watt cheap leds.. I am going with x2 cmh 315 3100k on my next grow. Would it help or hurt my grow to add the 1 cmh light now to the last 25-30 days of flower. Thanks in advance any thought opinions wanted.

if you add it, do it slow. Have it far away and only on for a little while and then slowly drop it down and increase the rate that it is on for. This is called acclimating. Anytime you introduce a plant to a new light source like LED, HID, or even sunlight, you have to acclimate it to that light source

yes it can help

CMH is a pretty high light so be careful

But ya man, more light is best, but agree with easing it in :)

Good luck!!

@Magron Agreed that one cmh is going to add alot more quality light than what’s been in there.

Adding the CMH light now will absolutely have a positive impact, both on your yield and potency. I'm not sure whether your cheap LED's contain UV and IR or not, but CMH contains a healthy amount (assuming that you're using the Phillips brand 315w bulb) that will encourage faster development, trichome production, and last but not least your yield. So yes, I'd cram that baby in your tent if ya are able too and can control temps.
