So I added a 400 watt hips to my led in a 5x6x10 space enclosed in a room for budding also bout same for veg with 6 48" t8 but my bud room is staying at like 80-90 during the day can I switch it to night 1 hour at a clip per day till the light cycle is on the complete opposite 12 hours so. I can reap the benefit of the cooler night temps and just some further info I also in stalled a 6" intake/ exhaust, fresh from outside and pull from the bulb and runs into the floor and 16" oscillating fan to try to cool but with no avail

Greatfully Deadicatid

if your asking what i think you are ( how to switch a flower room from day to night) just keep it dark and switch the cycle then be on the look out for hermis.
better dark than light so you dont risk making them think its time to reveg

Please stop repeating the myth that light issues (especially this one) cause hermaphrodite expression in plants. It is a genetic trait and takes much more cumulative stressors than that to force expression. And one small glitch in the schedule will not cause them to reveg.

To the OP leave your lights out for the additional hours and then put your plants on the new schedule. There will be no problems, I promise.

its not a myth you facking jagaloon, i have real world experience forcing intersex tendencies in plants acrossvthe board so dont tell me what i know "friend"
yes its genetic but genetics isnt a blavk and white subject and hermi issues are often only brought about by environmental stressors like light changes think "nature vs. nurture genotype vs. phenotype

I apologize for offending your (?) sensibilities. You are so correct, genetics is not science it is more like magic or voodoo. And I am not your friend.

It is mostly genetics and exploited by light interruption. more so by leaks then full on light for justcouple minutes.

whenever i need something in flower, just go get it. no green lights, or waiting. as long as you do it only once and not all the time or weekly youre fine.

do it often or have a leak and hermies will show themselves. unless you have a solid IBL or indicas. equatorial sativas and fast flowerers or ruderalis will tweak even easier

Cool man and glad you explained hermaphrodite I was a little unsure bout them and how much stress would trigger it but I'll run it dark and switch cycles so thank you
