whats the best lighting cycle for autoflowers? i heard 18-6 is perfect! is that true?

Do At least 18/6 or you'll have reduced yields
I use 20/4
Some use 24/0
Lots of opinions on the matter

18/6 is good as it allows a little rest ...as many noobs know or care little for carbon exchange

18/6 is the recommended cycle for max yield with high THC according to RQ Seeds.
