my ole lady's mom died yesterday and me and famiy were getting tuned up when i looked at my watch and saw 10pm. I left my veg door kind of open and light was shining into my flower room.
Will that 1 hour of light stress my plants?

no...you should be good bro...if anything, they may spurt out some bananas...just pick em off with tweezers. But the naners arent that big of a deal anyways. How far into flowering are your ladies?

Your plants will be fine. No problem. At least it was at one end of the cycle and not mid-way through. Hope you and your lady are doing alright. :peace:
