Light my plant randomly? (read)

Okay i usually light my plant for 18 hours a day. but i do like 3 hours here then 3 hours of dark cuz i have to hide it from people inside my house. Is it bad to do light here and there.. Or as long as it gets 18 hours it doesnt matter? please help! thanks so much.. here is a updated pic i took oday of my plant... grapefruit kush.

definitely not good. your causing major unneeded stress on the little girl. sporadic lighting can and will stress a young female plant to turn Hermie or male. its not a guarantee this will happen, but you arent helping anything by fucking with it in this way. how would you feel if you were constantly being fed at random times, and you had to guess when your next meal was coming instead of having the assurance and confidence of a regular schedule??

how old are you? do you think you will honestly hide a flowering, stinking plant from your dad? kill your plant and start over when you move out...
