LIGHT/PLANT RATIO for MAX YIELD?

How's it going everyone? I am new to this forum and semi-new to growing. I am looking for some feedback on what the best method is to getting the MAX YIELD POSSIBLE. My grow space is about 18x14.

- How many lights should I go with and wattage? I am planning on going with large reflectors as well as a moving rail system probably 1000wt.

- How many plants should I go with? Should I go sea of green or should I go with large buckets and fewer plants? I am planning on growing in soil.

- What strain should I go with? I want the best quality strain as well as the highest yielding strain. My personal preference are Sativas. I am thinking about going with either Arjan's ULTRA HAZE #1, Dutch Passion's POWERPLANT, or MAZAR.

Your feedback is highly appreciated. Again, MAX YIELD is the primary goal.

get as many 1000w lights as you can

you should check out wonderwoman strain. big yields supposedly.
