light plants cant see?

Is there a certain type of light or colored bulb that my plants wont be able to see/detect, so their night/day cycle wouldn't get thrown off? I would like to be able to see better in there when the lights are off.
Thank you.

i personally wouldnt subject my plants to any light regardless of colour during the dark cycle.

Just my opinion.

Someone told me there was some type of light(possibly green) that doesnt effect the plants at all. I just wanted to confirm here.
I do appreciate your opinion though, jondamon. I will try to not do so as much as possible, but in my situation I need to be in there sometimes.

I understand that sometimes you have to be in there during dark cycles.

I too have had to on the odd occasion but when i do i make sure it is not too far away from lights on time.

I run my lights 6pm to 12pm 18hours and 6pm to 6am 12 12

Something you may want to consider is when your times are scheduled so that you can garden etc during light cycle.

lol. in bio we had like 5 labs about plants. one of them being about green light, another how transpiration works and environmental variables that effect them. haha easy stuff
