light ?'s 1 600 wt or 6 100 watts

So because I am cheap (re: unemployed so far) I am looking for the most effective lumens per dollar i can find. I have a set up on ebay they want 24.00 dollahs for three blue 6500k spectrum 100 watts and three 2700k red 100 watts, and work in a standard light bulb fitting . So I wonder which is it - a 600 watt which leaves me less in cash (cheapest found yet 79.00) a four hundred dual (59.00) and needed ballasts or the six 100 watt bulb set up? Which will produce decent weed (good growing habbits and curing habbits acknowledged)???

So Far I have the emergency blanket (mylar 5x8' )2 dollars at Wallmart (hate to buy from them but times are tough right now)they were sold out of more so gotta wait till i can get more, a big old closet and all the 3/4 inch thick plywood needed to make a great micro grow.
(am going to do 2 plants out doors to three or four feet too.)

Will be starting with two seed types:white widow (such a trend follower lol) and a Thai Skunk, after that KC 33 and a BlueBerry Kush

I want to grow six to eight plants 2 or 3 feet tall, keep a mama for a future sog, closet is 8lx4dx10high... I thank you all for any wisdom on the matter.

id personally go with the 600w - less hassle then separate little ones.
