light setup want your input

im going to being framing in a room in my basement that will be approx 7x11 and im going to be using ebb and grow bucket system with about 20 buckets 4 rows of 5. as of now i have a 400 hps with a cool sun ref. and am going to be getting 2 600w with the magnum xxxl reflectors. if i hang them in one long row all vented together do you think that there will be enough light coverage? im thinking to have the 600's on each end with the 400 in between. mylar on walls with a co2 generator pumping in co2.
