Light stayed on 24 hours, 4 days into flowering. Need Advice ASAP

So my lights failed to remain off. I went to "turn them on" this morning but the light was on. Now my choice is A) Leave light on 36 hours to resume 12/12 at normal time. B) Turn off light for 24 hours to resume normal light schedule
C) Leave lights off of 12 hours and started a new light cycle, the reverse of original cycle.

Many plants have shown sex

Plants show signs of heat stress from closed tent with light on when it wasnt supposed to be.

What do i do?

turn the lights off untill your normal time. That way they wont be getting light now. They will return bak to there normal light cycle later. It only matters when the light cycle is right, not so much the dark cycle so. some people do 18hour days 12 on and 6 off and they still get bud... i wouldnt do that but turn those lights off because they have been on for a long time. they might revert back to veg, iwould turn them off right now and put them on from 8pm to 8 am
Try running your lights at night when its cooler. And if you can put that in the basement so the choppers wont see it and its a cooler humid area.
"The cooler it is, the closer the lights. Closer=more lum per sq2"

dude just return back to your normal light cycle, this "screw up" may stress them a little and slow down growth for a few days but they will be just fine. I've had it happen PLENTY of times even done it on a purpose a few times due to moving.

I agree with sicsol. They might slow down for a minute but theyll come back. Good luck, smoke well.

No put your timer like it was. If the lights are normally on leave them that way. If off, then leave them that way. Right in the middle of this mess, right this minute, put your timer back like it was. Now set your lights either on or off according to the schedule, then rest your head.

I did the exact same thing last month due to a faulty timer. I did just as MeJuana said and it really didnt even effect my grow at all that I could tell and I was a week into my flowering cycle.
