Light Stress or Nutrient Issue

Hello again everyone. My name is John and I have a problem growing cannabis lately. They say admitting you have a problem is the first step to recovery . Any who, I’m auto flowers growing in 5 gal pots of 50/50 ffof and potting soil with perlite added. I’ve fed once using 2ml of grow big and 1 ml of cal/mag. I’m using ro water ph at 6.4.
Humidity is at 60% and temperature is 78. My light is a 400 watt diy cob. I have the light dimmed to close to its lowest setting and it is hanging 12” above the tops. I’m going to start trying only happy frog instead of ffof. It looks like nitrogen to me but not sure. Plants are 25 days old. This problem started a week or so back and it seems to be progressing. Most of the leaves are impacted- new and old. See pictures and help please. I think I’m about to start flowering.

Ok
3-5ml of Cal-Mag per 1 gal of water is the recommended dosage for soil.
Add every watering.
i will use 4 mg then. Crazy that in less than 30 days shit goes wrong. I’ve been scared of cal mag since I started growing. I’m also always paranoid about soil ph. Is a soil ph meter a good investment or just complicating things. I feel like maybe the fox farms ocean Forrest is off from the start. I’ve only been growing for 2 years. All autoflowers other than one grow. Getting tired of worrying about ph. I bought a blue labs ph meter and will buy a soil meter if it will help. Advice on that?

No need to worry about soil ph..
Just ph your nute mixture and let the soil do the rest..
Water, water, feed, so you don't get a buildup...

As long as you use more water than nutes you shouldn't have to flush..
Kind of like, flush as you go..

FFOF only has enough nutes for 3-5 weeks (it varies by bag) but I have noticed it does lack Calcium and Magnesium nutes right from the rip.
I’ve been using FFOF from grow one. I’ve always fought cal/mag issues.
Any soil recommendations or is FFOF good but just needs calmag?

in soil, consider dolomite lime for CA/MG. If more MG is needed, consider epsom salts with each watering and/or foliar feed when lights off

The plants have rebounded. Still some damage from earlier but way better. Thanks again everyone!
