Light too close?

Can't see no burn marks but I'm wondering is my light too close as it seems the lower the plant the better the pistals looks. Infact at the top of the plant there is no pistals lol. I'm guessing the light to close would burn them as they are growing and that's what's wrong? It would be abit of a pain as these was cuts gifted to me by a friend but just be good to know for next time.

the pics suck and from what I see theyt are fine. take a pic of the problem with no lights on for a better diagnosis.

Ok so I took these with the lights off. Hopefully a better idea of what the plants look like.

Hopefully you can notice the lower buds pistils looks ok. Plants just gone week 3 of flower.
