lightin question

just orderd http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Hydroponic...06%26rk%3D1%26 then realized its not duel spectrum wil this still grow a nice healthy budding plant
or will i have to get red light for budding?
also should i still put fans in my grow box this says they give of no heat...?

That light will produce buds, however I would recommend adding some 2700k 100w CFL's to the grow if you can when it comes time to flower to get some red spectrum in there, if not it will still grow buds. It does give off low heat but you should always have a fan to keep the air moving. How many plants are you going for?
