Lighting and ballast help!!!!

Hi , I am growing for the first time. A friend of mine gave me a grow light and reflector that is very low wattage. So I was going to go up to a 400w setup. I ordered the bulb and quickly realized that I need a ballast. This is where I need help. What ballast would I use or which would fit to run this bulb.

Are the ballast easy to hook up ? Are they hard wired ?

If you are in Denver, restore in Aurora has 2 crispy new boxed Solis Tek 600 watt Digitals for 50ea. They were 40 yesterday.

Anyway ballasts for Hid grow lights are 2 plugs, one to wall and one to reflector.

Not tripping on EFI bringing Comcast to your door, get a 1000w digital ballast. It can run 400,600,1000 watt lamps.

EFI an opsec concern, get a 400w magnetic ballast.
