For 5 plants indoor I was wondering if it ok to put lights from the bottom shining upwards. I wanted to put 3 600-watt bulbs above the plants, and was thinking 1 below. The plants are kind of cramped together in a closet and hardly any light gets through the top canopy. Could lighting below cause any problems to the plant? I would make sure the bottom branches don't get too close to the light, or too hot, and that they don't touch the ground. I am wondering will this help the plant, or could it confuse them because of the lighting not coming from above them?
