Lighting problem

OK im growing ONE marijuana plant in a very unique drawer which features double doors then two drawers i removed the two drawers and i still have the double doors to close it pretty convenient except its a little under two feet high and a little over two feet wide i have most things figured out such as air ventilation and odor control my big problem is lighting since its in a drawer i cant use any ballast well at least not the type i know about theres no CFL lighting sockets so what can i do i dont need a whole lot of light since im growing one plant but i need to make sure it gets enough light also im keeping it in a very small size in a 12/12 light cycle completely throughout the plants life what should i use i dont have abundent funds either something under $40 please but i can maybe expand to $60 if necessary thank you
