Lighting question for 4x8x 7' tall grow room.

I originally thought 2 600w hps would be good for the space, but now I am thinking I need 3 600w hps or 4 400w hps. What do you guys think? I am leaning toward the 4 400w units for more coveage, but will a 400w produce decent buds?

With 4 400-watters, you'll need 4 ballasts.

A lot of people in your situation would be looking at 2 1000-watters, since you essentially have 2 4x4 spaces right together. But wow those things sure do get hot.

600-watt bulbs are the most efficent.

I run a single 600-watt HPS in a 3.5 x 3.5 grow room, and get good results. I couldn't imagine trying to deal with the heat of a 1000-watt bulb in there.

Ya I was thinking the 2 1000s but then I settled on the 3 600 watters, but now I am thinking why not just 4 400w, a bit less light, but even coverage. Which way would i get more at harvest? If it would be close I would rather the 4 400w, but if there is a huge difference I could do whichever option. Heat isnt to big of a concern, actually it would be beneficial, here winter coming on and I can vent in the summer or drop down to the 400s. What do you guys think?
