Lighting question outside inside switch

IF plants were currently outside in the North Eastern US and just entering flowing 1st week and the plants will be finishing Oct 15-31 aprox. They are currently about 100 days old and were started about MAY 1st. They recieve direct sun light from 10amish till 5ish so 6-7 hours direct sun the rest is blue sky cause sun drops behind tree. the Sunrise is currently 6am and sunset is 8pm. A friend would let me moslty likley put the plants under 2 600W HPS (1200w) maybe in a couple of weeks. My question is ?Which is better to finish with the best finall buds? outside with 6-7hrs direct srun or under 1200W HPS for 12/12 and forget the outside at some point. Any help for worldly toker : )

Should I stay 4-5 weeks still outside then 4-5 weeks under 2 600HPS(1200w)?
Should I stay all weeks outside?
Should I as soon as possible get under the 2 600HPS(1200w) all weeks?
or some other combo?
