Lighting question ?!

I have 2 banana w.a.p autos which are a new breed from captain red beards seeds I have 2 critical autos from Seedsman but my question is idk if I should use 100% intensity on my light it’s led 300 watts it’s my closest pretty warm when it’s at 100% temps are around 88 the highest when I leave it on 50% temps are 79 to 80 but I notice my leafs try to fold in half like tacos when I put it on 100% intensity so I been leaving it on 50% but looks like the big one hasn’t grown or made an changes in a week it is showing female pistils in each node so I assume it’s getting close to pre flowering maybe.. I think it’s about 3 weeks old can’t remember for sure .. should I turn my light up to 100% or leave at 50% ??

I’d go with the lower setting, but if you can manage 75% with no curling of the leaves I’d settle there til it’s a couple weeks into flower.
looks healthy. Keep it up.

Maybe some ventilation out of your grow area could help.

Veg requires only low level lighting compared to flower.
