Lighting question

got this lowryder growin under a UFO led and was wondering if there is such a thing as too close to the light. Now my leaves arent burning or anything all is well execpt that i have little to no spacing at all between nodes and such. Just new growth laying atop old growth.
damn thing is maybe 1 1/2" tall and on its 3rd set of new leaves. This could also be normal as i am completly new to this.

lowrider are short and bush. you might want to try the SOG method. this will help space out the nodes,and give you more bud sites.

yes that's normal as the those lights are dialed into the exact spectrum for growing so they grow tight like that. That's a good thing with led which can't penetrate too deeply anyways.

thanks guys. i recently purchased a 10 pk of lowrider and auto afghan hindu kush and was gonna try the SOG. just wanted to see if this LED was gonna be worth a damn or not before i wasted my whole seed stash on the thing.
