Lighting question

Hello everyone, i am new to the site and new to growing. I have a few question about lighting. I will be growing in a 2'x2'x6' area, I will be growing 2 different strians but only 1 at a time. Im gonna be growing G13 haze and Super lemon haze, hoping to yeld atleast 2 oz per plant if not more, So my question is what type of lighting should i use, how many wattage and all that good stuff. My original plan was to be using a 150w HPS lamp in addition with 2 6500k cfls for side lighting. Any advise to weather that would be a good set up or if i should go with something else. I would appriciate any advice and thank you in advance.

250w digital hps or 400w dimmable digital

How much do those usually run? Why are they so beneficial compared to other lights?

if heat is an issue,hps will not work for you...probably led will work

That's defiantly gonna be an issue if they have heat problems. Are cfl's good for growing? I've herd so many different things on them
I've herd there ok but they produce very undense buds and others say they work just fine and produce beautiful buds, and on top of that they are fairly cheap compared to some lights. Would I have to increase the quantity of lights if I choose cfls?

cfl's don't make good bud imo.....read up on led....cost more but the bud is worth it i suppose

How many watts, lumens and k should I ne looking for in an led?
