Its better to go 18 on and 6 0ff give your ballast chance to cool and the plants will photosynthesis during dark aka Grow I like 6am to 12 pm works great!:leaf:

If they are cutting still developing roots I would do 24/7. If they are in veg do 18/6, it give the plants a chance to rest, they produce or release a chemical or gas or something during this "rest" time. Mine love the dark period and grow substantially during it.

24/0 is great for rapid vegging. I do 2 weeks at 24/0 then 2-3 weeks of 18/6 (to get some height on them) as your plants stretch looking for the light when you switch to 18/6 where 24/0 will make your plants grow tight and bushy when happy with growth then switch to your 12/12.
