Lighting times

Hey guys well i got a timer for my plugin and all that but i was wondering how long should my lights be on throughout the plants life ive heard many different times but im sure yall know the best.
Like 12 hours of light 12 hours of dark at first?
Then when flowering take time away everyday for the flowering proccess?

dude you need to read 100 already ask questions.that question sucks makes you look pretty slow.

ok, you really should do the research first, my answer has been given in a billion different forms all over the internet:

simple answer: Get an electric light timer, stick with...
24 hours on/ zero hrs. off for clones and mother plants
18 hrs on/ 6 hrs off for vegetative
12hrs on/ 12hrs of 100% darkness for budding a plant

as long as the cannabis plant gets 12 uninterupted hrs of darkness in a night, it will be able to flower. you can give it more dark time, but its better to just stick with the simple answer. before you ask any questions, check out this link.
