In my opinion for four or five plants, you could spend the money elsewhere. Quality LED lights cost BIG $.

What are you looking at in terms of a budget?
As Nedyah has mentioned the initial investment would be quite high.
Ballpark figure 4-5 plants I would say you are looking at $500 minimum for an initial panel.
Some companies you can look at are (in no specific order)
Advanced LED
Hydroponics Hut
Lighthouse Hydro (Gotham Hydro, Blackstar)
Also, always contact who you are buying from before you buy, you can usually work out a deal.
Do your research and stay away from cheap Chinese panels. Also realize you will probably need to change your growing style.

1w diodes, probably not man. Look for something with 3w diodes and more nm offered than this light.

Have you ever looked into Guru LED lights? I haven't had the chance but I heard some good things about them. Apparently they use 1w diodes and have good reasoning for it. (But perhaps they are outdated)

advanced led
blackstar
hydroponicshut pro-grow
magnum
GLH

they are chinese panaels drop shipped direct to you from hongkong an chinese mainland

to the OP stick with your hps man dont be dumb led's are terrible for flowering half the journels you see on here are doctored and fake your 3oz a plant will drop down to 1 oz of thin stretchy crap if you must by an led goto alibaba an buy direct and save a bunch of $$$$ pm me an ill send you the suppliers that supply these companys and you can just ask them for the exact same configuration as they do for x company

but i highly suggest you dont even bother with led's they are a scam an simply cannot compete with hps
So which leds have you personally grown with that gave you this amazing insight on led technology?

if you really want a shitty led buy some automotive grade leds from alibaba. They won't have a warranty and won't use the spectrum you request.

Man no one has good reason to use 1w diodes beyond wanting to save money on their original specs and pass off a shitty light to the consumer. You are correct in saying they are outdated. All top led grow light 2011 models are using 3w diodes.

When compared to a 1W LED a three watt LED will have nine times more power loss, while only producing three times as much power. A 6W LED would have 36 times more power loss than a 1W LED. This means that as you increase the wattage per LED the efficiency drops exponentially.
In case you were curious:-P

Even if power loss decreases with increased diode wattage I've owned 1w, 2w, and 3w led lights. I'd take a decreased power efficacy using the 3w diodes any day of the week. Even though they may be less efficient power wise they're still more efficient in the power department than HID and the results are far better with 3w diodes. In order to grow legit plants using 1w diodes you would (at least I had to) have additional 1w diode units working the sides as I found the 1w diodes didn't provide enough canopy penatration.

You need to understand PAR and wave lengths before making an LED purchase (says the guy who learned the hard way). While it is true that mj responds best to PAR lighting, there is more to it than just that. Go to Pr0fesseurs LED Without LEDS- My First T 5 Grow. I am doing this to fantastic effect.

that lamp looks exactly like a blackstar lamp. Give it a go if you have the dough. You would be wise to get 2 and go watt for watt against your old HPS to get yields that are equal or better. GL :)

He's right - at least in my garden I found it took roughly 2/3 the wattage of my old HID set up to fully replace everything with LED.
