Looking to buy new bulbs. I have 2 600w sun system 2 mh/hps (has switch for both) lights with internal ballasts Should I use blue hps or mh bulbs in veg
And would I just switch to red bulbs when it's time to switch to flower.

I would use a cheap metal Halide in veg with no concern for the brand of bulb. I used the Amazon ipower brand. I’d recommend an Eye Hortilux 600 watt HPS for flowering. If you are trying to minimize stretch, you can run your metal halides during the first two weeks of flower and you should get less stretch. Then switch to the HPS to finish flowering.

Thank you for the info. I currently have 2 600w mh bulbs in my Amazon cart and 2 600w hps along with some new 5gal fabric pots.
I'll be using general hydroponics nutes, same as my last run. And I'll be lst training what ever ladies I get in there.
