Lighting??

I have 2 2ft cool white fluorescent lights and plants are currently in veg stage. when i want to switch them to flowering i know i should move them to a MH or HPS light.... But i dont have that much cash to throw around on my first grow. so i was wondering what kind of fluorescent bulb i should switch too when i want to flower
