oh and one more Q?... is a 100w reguler bulb ok for growin or should i get a strong bulb and lamp/stand...

If you mean a 100w incandescent light...... hell no. You need to use something like cfls or hids to get and yield incasecents are too hot to use because you will just have to use so many you need to read the GROWFAQ please it will help you so much spend like an hour reading around in it it will answer so many questions

im only growing one plant.... my plant is about a week old and has started to grow leafs will it effect it if i swich from a 100w bulb like i said to a 400w hps... which i just purchesd??? thanks for the help i know my Q? are stupid but thanks....and im gonna take you advice and read the grow FAQ.... and one again thanks...
