Lights and Ballasts Help

Whats up guys? Im currently a new patient and Ive been doing alot of research on growing. Basically I have found a site, USALIGHT.COM, with amazing prices on bulbs and ballasts.... however i have no idea if this is the right stuff i am looking for. I was mainly looking at the High Pressure Sodium Lamp - 400 watt Mogul Base

then i got hella confused with the ballast part on the site.... Any ideas on a better place to purchase or what to purchase from this site? Thanks

ebay is a great place to find good prices on ballasts, just type in hydroponics and lots of shit will pop up..

HPS is HPS wherever you buy it but MH lamps can have different spectrums so there you have to pay attention and make sure that the color temp is 65K.

You need bulb, mogul socket, ballast, high voltage cable (if its hps) and hood or reflector. You can spend the time learning about all those components, buy them individually and save some money (especially if you buy a ballast kit ). Or you can buy a complete setup ready to go for $150 $200 (I think that's the range). In either case, you are much better off looking at stuff in hydro supply sites. Their setups are for growing not street lighting.
