lights close enough?

This is my first real indoor grow trying to figure out if my 2 400w lights are close enough

Yea man for that sort of lighting I reckon they close enough.

Although if you have some T5s or CFLs they can be much closer at this early stage and probably more beneficial and soothing to the seedlings for the next week or so.

Just my opinion though
